Pompeii 3D

Project researchers

The goal of the project is the complete and detailed 3D survey of the roman forum in Pompeii, Italy. The archaeological site contains mural structures and ca 350 scattered archaeological finds on the ground. Different techniques are integrated to realized a survey which spans from 25 cm to sub-millimeter geometric resolution.
